My boyfriend gifted me a Thug Kitchen cookbook for my birthday, and I've spent the month diving into the recipes featured throughout the book.
My personal favorite is the chiekpea and dumpling soup, which is also featured on Thug Kitchen's blog. The soup has a thick pot pie-style texture and the dumplings remind me of making chicken and dumplings with my grandmother. I've only had the book a month and I've already made this meal 4 times.
In addition to having delicious recipes, Thug Kitchen also has a very exciting and fun to follow blog. I love their style and look forward to trying more of their recipes.
